Metro Floor Hockey League
The Metro Floor Hockey League is an organized and competitive floor hockey program for youth in the tri-state area. The MFHL provides an exciting hockey experience filled with teamwork, competition and sportsmanship at the SAR High School Hockey Rink.

Junior League: Grades 3, 4, 5
Senior League: Grades 6, 7, 8
Girls League: Grades 4, 5, 6, 7
Mites, Junior, & Senior League action begins Sunday, September 7, 2025
Girls League action begins Sunday, October 19, 2025
Early Bird registration closes on Wednesday, August 6, 2025
Mites, Junior, and Senior League registration closes Thursday, August 28, 2025.
Girls League registration closes on Monday, October 20, 2025.
Junior & Senior League will have 9 or 10 sessions and Mites & Girls League will have 10 sessions.
All new Mites, Junior, Senior & Girls League players will receive a new jersey with their name and number.
